- Arcadia is looking to members to our Full-Time Pastry Production bakery team!
REQUIRED!
As part of the Pastry Production team you will make cakes, cookies, batters, buttercreams and other pastry items as needed. You will use pastry prep equipment such as commercial grade mixers and measuring instruments, etc. We are looking for individuals with a minimum 2 years of Professional Baking experience in a Professional Bakery setting! Must be recipe literate, have knowledge of scratch baking, knowledge in working with proofing laminated items, baking cookies, cakes, muffins, and other breakfast items. Must be familiar with grams, pounds, ounces, have basic culinary math skills as well as, have great attention to detail, be able to take direction, be able to execute recipes accurately and take pride in their work. Base understanding of pastry techniques and good knife skills are preferred!ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
