The Head Baker's position plays an essential role in our daily activities. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and producing high-quality baked goods that delight our customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the baker's team, including training. Oversees the preparation and baking of our delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods from scratch. Experience with bakery preparation or operating bakery equipment (mixer, oven, etc.). Strong leadership and team management skills. Develop and test new recipes to expand our product offerings. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Must be dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work in a team with other employees/areas. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Proven experience as a Head Baker or in a similar leadership role. In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and the science of baking. Flexibility to work early morning shifts. Must be able to stand for up to eight (8) hours at a time. Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds. Comfortable working in a hot environment near ovens.Language:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.Salary:

- Day Shift, typically 3:30 am - 12:00 pm (hours vary based on production demand).
