Part-Time Responsibilities:

Prepare a wide variety of baked goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, etc., following traditional and modern recipes. Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Manage baking supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and proper storage. Adjust oven temperatures and bake times to produce consistent quality results. Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, and fillings to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a baker or relevant role. Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters. Understanding of food safety practices. Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently.
