Full Time/Part Time Morning Baker

Full-time/part-time morning baker Hours 4:00 am

• 10:00 am Provisional days:

Thursday-Sunday Duties:

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bars, cupcakes, cakes, cookies, etc.
• Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
• Mix the ingredients, knead the dough and give it the desired shape.
• Supervise the baking process to ensure the right temperature and cooking time.
• Decorate and decorate baked goods as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a baker in a catering or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.
• Great attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• You must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume bakery and the ability to work in an accelerated environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Creativity and artistic skills for the decoration of baked goods.
• Physical resistance to stand for long periods of time and lift trays or heavy equipment.
• You must be able to work overtime and on weekends and days before important holidays.

Skills:

• Demonstrable experience as a baker in a catering or catering environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.
• Familiarity with commercial baking equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust the ingredients as needed.
• Great attention to detail and time management skills.
• Creativity in the decoration of baked goods.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
