We are in search of a Bakers who have a proven track record in a retail/commercial/wholesale industry setting. You must have a passion for baking, and sharp eye for quality. Responsibilities /

Expectations:

Experience in Bread Production preferred but not required Preferred experience with naturally fermented leavened breads but not required Direct daily bread, Viennoiserie, and other pastry product preparation by following recipes provided. Have excellent time management and organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, paying attention to detail. Must be able to multi-task. Tracking daily production input and output. Record daily waste, inventory, and product shortages. Inform store GM when inventory is low. Upkeep cleanliness standards and keep organized workstations Follow opening and closing procedures. Being on time for all scheduled shifts and adhering to all company policies and guidelines. Quality check. Monitor and maintain proper food presentation, food quality, serving temperatures.

Requirements:

Professional experience in bakery/pastry environment preferred Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays to meet company demands. Eligible to work in the United States and is 18 years of age or older. Professional culinary pastry education a plus but not required
