Immediate — these are our first bakery hires About Us Kukje Market is opening a brand‑new, from‑scratch bakery program led by our Head Baker/Pastry Chef. We're building a modern Korean‑influenced bakery with French technique, clean flavors, and high production standards. These roles are foundational — you'll be part of the team that shapes our identity from day one. Role Overview We're hiring Bakers to support both early‑morning production and daytime prep/finishing . You'll work closely with our Head Baker to execute daily bread, pastry, and café‑style items with consistency, speed, and pride. We're looking for bakers who are reliable, curious, and excited to help build something new. Responsibilities Execute daily production of breads, pastries, and baked goods Mix, shape, laminate, proof, and bake according to established standards Assist with daytime tasks: prep, finishing, assembly, packaging, and café‑style items Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Follow recipes, scaling, and production sheets accurately Support opening or closing duties depending on shift Communicate proactively with the Head Baker and team Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times Shifts Available Early Morning Production (3:00AM start) Daytime Production & Finishing (11:00 am start) We are hiring multiple bakers across both shift types.
