We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Candy Fruit Maker to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing, decorating, and packaging a variety of candied fruit products, ensuring high quality, consistency, and visual appeal for customers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and produce candied fruit products (such as grapes, pineapples, mango, and other fruit-based treats) Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation Handle food preparation safely and maintain cleanliness in all work areas Decorate and finish products with toppings such as candy coatings, powders, or other flavor enhancements Package finished products neatly and attractively for retail and events. Maintain inventory of ingredients and report when supplies need restocking Follow all food safety and cottage food guidelines Assist with preparing products for pop ups, markets, and store deliveries as needed.

Requirements:

Experience in food preparation, baking, candy making, or similar work preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions closely Must maintain a clean and organized workspace Passion for food and visually appealing products is a plus

Work Environment:

This is a hands-on kitchen based role in a cottage food kitchen. Work may include early mornings, evenings, or prep days before events.
