You would be a good fit for this job if you are: Enjoying baking, and want to take your skill set to the next level by producing products to the company's standard A team player, coachable/open-minded, and handle constructive feedback well (for quality control purposes) Willing to create a dialogue of solutions to help the company after you've been with us for a few months (We're growing fast!) Going to have the continued drive to refine yourself (ask questions to become faster, more knowledgable, grow as a person, etc.) We want to work with and empower humble people and produce the best vegan product possible.
