We're looking for an experienced Pastry Chef / Baker who enjoys both hands-on production and creative development. This role includes following established recipes, creating seasonal items, and contributing ideas to improve and evolve the café. Key Responsibilities Produce desserts, cakes, pastries, and baked goods Follow existing recipes and baking systems consistently Develop new desserts and seasonal menu items Finish and decorate desserts with clean, professional presentation Work efficiently during daily production and prep Maintain cleanliness, labeling, dating, and organization (FIFO) Follow food safety and health department standards What We're Looking For Professional pastry or bakery experience required Culinary or pastry degree preferred but not required Strong baking and pastry fundamentals Creative, organized, and efficient Detail-oriented and team-focused Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Why Work With Us Family-owned, non-corporate environment Creative input encouraged Opportunity to shape menus and seasonal offerings Pay growth based on performance
