Entry Level Baker

We are seeking an Entry Level Baker to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Contract Baker, you will work under the guidance of experienced bakers and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of baking.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing doughs, batters, and other baked goods according to recipes
• Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
• Monitor baking process and make adjustments as needed
• Decorate and finish baked goods with toppings and icings
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Passion for baking and willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule including early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays

Salary:

This is an entry level position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Our bakery is located in the vibrant city of Los Angeles.
