Part-Time | 5 Days Per Week | 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Scheduled Days Vary)

Distribution & Business Operations Manager Position Summary Chaumont Bakery is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laminator to join our Distribution Center team. This role is responsible for preparing and laminating dough used in the production of Chaumont's signature croissants, pastries, and viennoiserie products. The Laminator plays an essential role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and craftsmanship that define the Chaumont brand. This position requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Due to the proprietary nature of our recipes and production processes, all employees in this role are required to sign and adhere to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Essential Responsibilities Dough Lamination & Production Prepare and laminate dough according to Chaumont production standards and recipes. Perform butter lock-ins, folds, sheeting, and dough processing with consistency and accuracy. Monitor dough quality, texture, and temperature throughout the lamination process. Prepare dough for production and support daily volume requirements. Maintain product consistency, quality, and presentation standards. Food Safety & Sanitation Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times. Properly label, store, and rotate ingredients using FIFO standards. Report equipment issues, maintenance concerns, or food safety risks promptly. Team Support Collaborate with Bakers, Dough Production Team Members, and Packing Teams to support nightly production goals. Maintain productivity while meeting quality expectations and production deadlines. Assist with additional production duties as assigned. Confidentiality & Brand Protection Protect proprietary recipes, formulas, production methods, and company information. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all bakery operations and products. Comply with all Chaumont confidentiality and intellectual property policies. Qualifications Required Previous bakery, pastry, food production, or related experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs. Preferred Experience working with laminated doughs, croissants, or pastry production. Food Handler Certification. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Push and pull bakery racks, ingredient bins, and production equipment. Perform repetitive motions including rolling, folding, lifting, and shaping dough. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
