Experience preparing toppings and filling for a variety of pastries including: pastry cream, lemon curd, ganache and different types of whipped creams is a big plus. A general love of all things baking is a must! As well as collaboration in a team. Cake skills are also very valuable. Primarily looking for a team player with a can do attitude to join our crew. A self directed person with a strong work ethic is essential. Part time for the right availability. Skills Experience as a Pastry cook or similar role. Able to lift 50 pounds or more. Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment. Understanding of food safety practices. Excellent time-management skills. Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
