Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, breads, and other baked goods. Following recipes and maintaining consistency in quality and presentation. Managing kitchen prep and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the baking area. Collaborating with the team to meet daily production goals. Monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering supplies as needed. What We're Looking For We're seeking a talented baker who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of baking experience in a professional setting. A strong understanding of baking techniques and attention to detail. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. A passion for creating baked goods that delight our customers.
