Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute daily production of bread and bakery products. Follow recipes and plating specifications accurately Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all products Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station Collaborate with the bakery team and Head Chef on production schedules and priorities Respect food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker Chef de Partie or equivalent position Ability to work on weekends Ability to work night and early morning shifts from 1 am to 9.30 am Strong skills in bread and bakery production Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Must be Authorized to work in the
