The Role:

Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries, breads, and other baked items according to established recipes and quality standardsManage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and proper stock levelsMaintain a clean and organized baking station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standardsCollaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and customer ordersMonitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent product quality

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience working as a baker in a restaurant pastry or established bakery settingStrong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and pastry preparationAbility to work early morning or afternoon shifts with attention to detail and consistencyTeam-oriented mindset with reliable attendance
