Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and confections, with an emphasis on cake decorating and artistic presentation Handle food production tasks such as mixing, baking, portioning, and packaging finished products efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food handling procedures during preparation, ensuring proper storage and sanitation practices are followed Support catering events or special orders by customizing desserts and baked items to client specifications Use knife skills for precise cutting, shaping, and decorating of baked goods and ingredients Provide excellent customer service by explaining products or assisting with selections when needed Qualifications Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts within a food industry setting Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling techniques Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment Demonstrated culinary experience in a bakery, restaurant, or catering environment Ability to operate kitchen tools skillfully, including knives and baking equipment Excellent attention to detail with a creative eye for design and presentation Prior experience in food packaging and product assembly is preferred Join us if you're eager to craft beautiful baked creations while delivering exceptional customer experiences!
