Prep/ Baker

Baker / Prep Cook - Salted Butter Company (Pasadena, CA) We are a growing artisanal bakery and coffee shop in Pasadena, and we're looking for a Baker / Prep baker to join our team. Our ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and passionate about quality pastries and food preparation. Responsibilities Assist with daily baking, prep, and production of pastries, breads, and other menu items Follow recipes and maintain consistency in product quality Shape croissants Prep ingredients, measure, mix, and organize daily production needs Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and stocking supplies Support the kitchen team with various tasks as needed Qualifications Previous baking or kitchen prep experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Must be punctual and dependable Schedule & Pay Full-time or part-time shifts available Early morning shifts required (starting as early as 5 AM) Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) + tip pool Opportunity for growth as our bakery expands Why Work With Us?
