What You'll Be Doing As a Baker at The Forgotten Bakery, you'll play a key role in bringing our handcrafted creations to life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. Ensuring all baked goods are fresh, consistent, and meet our high-quality standards. Measuring and mixing ingredients with precision to achieve the perfect results. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone with a passion for baking and the following qualifications:
Experience :
At least 1 year of baking experience is required.
Skills :
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge :
Familiarity with baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
