This position combines the art of customer service with the skillful handling of food products, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help us deliver memorable experiences, whether through friendly interactions or expertly prepared baked goods and food items. Responsibilities Cashier Greet customers warmly, assist with their selections, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on baked goods, pastries, and food products Operate cash register efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and process payments with a friendly attitude Prepare and package food items with precision, including cake decorating, slicing, and wrapping to ensure visual appeal and freshness Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product information, and resolving any issues promptly Baker Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, baking, decorating cakes, and assembling pastries in accordance with safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations at all times Support kitchen operations by handling food production tasks like portioning ingredients, assembling orders, and managing inventory levels Skills Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts with attention to detail and creativity Strong knowledge of food handling practices, safety protocols, and sanitation standards within the food industry Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently; knife skills are highly desirable Familiarity with packaging techniques to ensure product freshness during display or takeout Previous restaurant or catering experience is a plus; culinary experience enhances your ability to contribute effectively Join us if you're passionate about delivering delicious baked goods and providing outstanding customer experiences!
