This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craft, consistency, and working efficiently in a small, high-performing kitchen. What You'll Do Mix and scale doughs with precision Shape high-hydration artisan breads Laminate and finish pastries Manage deck oven bakes Maintain an organized, clean production space Work collaboratively with a small, committed team What We're Looking For Professional bakery experience required Experience with high-hydration doughs and/or laminated pastry preferred Comfortable working with a deck oven Strong time management and ability to work independently Reliable, punctual, and consistent Positive attitude and solid communication skills Compensation & Benefits $25-$28/hour DOE Three weeks paid vacation Fully paid Platinum health insurance 401(k) plan with company match after 3 months Professional development stipend Stable, year-round position
