Job Description:

As an Assistant Baker, you will support our head baker in the day-to-day operations of the bakery. Your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, assisting in the baking process, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Knowledge of dough lamination is a must as we make all of our pastries in house.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and baking of various breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Measure ingredients accurately and follow recipes to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Follow health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for baking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
