Job Description

At Lisa's Bon Appetit we are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Baker to join our culinary team. Here you will prepare high-quality baked goods from scratch, precisely follow recipes, and maintain a clean, organized workstation. The ideal team mate uses the technical science of baking with creative artistry to prepare top-notch products.
Key Responsibilities Ingredient Preparation :
Scale, weigh, and measure wet and dry ingredients precisely.
Dough & Batter Mixing :
Combine ingredients using commercial mixers, blenders, or manual kneading techniques.
Shaping & Molding :
Roll, cut, and shape dough into pastries, pie shells, or portioned cookies.
Oven Operation :
Set exact baking temperatures and monitor cooking times to ensure consistency.
Finishing & Decoration :
Apply icings, glazes, toppings, and intricate fondant designs to finished goods.
Quality Control :
Evaluate raw materials and finished products to meet food safety standards.
Inventory Management :
Track supply levels, minimize ingredient waste, and order production materials.
Sanitation & Compliance :
Clean, sanitize, and maintain baking machinery, utensils, and workstations according to health codes
