Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Prepare, produce, and decorate a variety of Hispanic style cakes and pastries. Use Bakery equipment such as cake mixers, spatulas, smoothers, airbrushes, etc. Safely use and operate different Bakery equipment.

Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience in baking and producing Hispanic Bakery and pastry products preferred. Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred. Safely use food handling and sanitation chemicals and equipment to maintain department cleanliness standards and local, State and Federal agencies regulations and requirements.
