Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious pastries, bread, and other baked goods. If you have a love for baking and enjoy creating mouthwatering treats, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and more
- Follow recipes and ensure that all ingredients are measured accurately
- Decorate cakes and pastries with precision and creativity
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Baker is preferred
- Knowledge of food production processes and techniques
- Strong knife skills for cutting and shaping dough
- Passion for culinary arts and creativity in baking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
