About the RoleAs our Senior Baker, you'll be the heart of our baking operation, bringing your expertise and creativity to our daily production.

Your responsibilities will include:

Baking a variety of cookies, cakes, and cake layers with precision and consistencyCrafting beautiful pastries and specialty items that delight our customersWorking with laminated dough to create croissants, danishes, and other layered delicaciesDeveloping and executing seasonal and specialty baked goodsMaintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and cleanlinessManaging your time efficiently to meet production schedulesAbout UsT & Y Bakery is a dedicated neighborhood bakery committed to quality ingredients and authentic baking techniques.
