Baker Location West Sacramento, CA Pay Rate:

$25.00 per hour (Depending on experience) Monday-Friday with occasional weekends depending on production workload

Here's what it takes to succeed with us. 6+ months of experience of previous baking, food production, or commercial kitchen experience Ability to work in a continuously hot environment Must be reliable and able to consistently arrive early for scheduled shifts Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and time management Team-player attitude with willingness to assist others as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake artisan products according to recipes and production standards Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality throughout production Maintain a steady workflow to ensure products are completed in a timely manner Assist with packaging preparation and production support as needed Work closely with team members to keep production moving efficiently Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the facility Support other departments and teammates when needed Why This Role?
