Salary Range:

KEY Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make and roll bagels
• Daily and weekly inventory of products and ingredients
• Bake deserts for catering and truck
• Assists with prep in the mornings when needed
• Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including organizing, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning of the kitchen
• Other duties as assigned

Capabilities and Skills:

• Two years of baking experience
• 1 years of customer service experience
• Savory food experience a plus
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong hospitality/customer service skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good sense of humor

Other Requirements:

• Experience baking bagels or bread
• Food truck knowledge
• Extended time standing, bending, and reaching is possible
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for up to 100 feet
• No drug related felony: ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID card

• 4•10-hour shifts • Early morning/Day shift • Holidays • Weekend availability
