Cookies Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and presenting a variety of our freshly baked cookies while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Your energetic approach will ensure that each batch is crafted with care and delivered with a smile, contributing to a warm and inviting environment that keeps customers coming back for more. Following our organized and efficient system of operations for a smooth and easy flow of work! Responsibilities Preparing and baking a diverse selection of cookies according to established recipes and quality standards. Packaging cookies efficiently while ensuring presentation remains appealing and consistent. Maintain cleanliness of the baking area, equipment, and utensils to adhere to health and safety regulations. Monitoring and maintaining the established product quality for the best presentation of the brand. Assist in basic inventory control by rotating ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed to maintain FIFO. Follow all safety protocols and sanitation procedures to create a safe working environment. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing information about products and offering excellent service that Mary's Mountain Cookies is known for! Experience Prior experience in food preparation or bakery settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key . Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and set organization. The ability to multitask effectively with accurate time management capabilities to ensure workflow is maintained. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required during baking and system processes.
