If you love baking, decorating, and making customers smile, this is the perfect opportunity to bring joy through delicious treats every day! Duties Bake fresh cupcakes according to daily recipes and production needs Prepare frostings and fillings in a variety of flavors Frost and decorate cupcakes to meet our high presentation standards Decorate cakes for both orders and the store with precise skill Provide excellent customer service, greet guests, and help them choose the perfect treats Answer phone calls, take custom orders, and assist with special requests Process sales, handle cash and card transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen, front counter, and dining areas, as well as full bakery cleaning at the end of the day Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements This is a long term position. Seasonal applicants will not be considered at this time. Previous experience in a bakery is a plus Cake decorator experience is required Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and passion for quality baked goods Friendly personality with excellent communication skills Basic math skills for handling cash and measurements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Schedule Requirements Must be available to work mornings, evenings , and weekends as needed for both Bakery Assistant and Cake Decorator rolls
