Job Description

The Bantam Bread Company is seeking a team player who is reliable, responsible, and passionate about baking to join our team.
The ideal candidate must:
Have prior experience with pastry baking and laminated doughs Be available early mornings and weekends Wednesday-Sunday work week Starting rate based on prior experience Promotion upon mastery of multiple facets of the production process Bantam Bread is a quaint, artisanal bread and pastry bakery with a 29 year history and stellar reputation in our region and beyond. We bake 10-13 varieties of bread, totaling 100-300 loaves, and an extensive assortment of pastries daily. Demand for our product continues to grow.
