EXPERIENCED BAKER
Corporate Catering Company Full-Time | On-Site | Experienced Level | Minimum 32 Hours/Week 2-3 Years Experience n High-Volume Environment in Team-Oriented Culture About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Baker to join our established corporate catering team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role within a high-volume production environment where precision, creativity, and a positive attitude are essential. Key Responsibilities Produce a wide variety of baked goods to meet daily high-volume catering demands Execute recipes with consistency and accuracy across all product lines Prepare an assortment of items including, but not limited to: tea breads, scones, muffins, bars, cookies, sauces, creams, and breads Work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment Maintain clear and professional communication with kitchen staff and management Uphold food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times Bring creativity and initiative to menu development and daily bake production Navigate and work efficiently within compact kitchen spaces Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of professional baking experience in a high-volume or fast-paced setting Proven ability to read, follow, and adapt recipes with precision Experience producing a variety of baked goods across multiple product categories Strong independent work ethic with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented structure Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Creative approach to baking with an eye for quality and presentation Positive attitude and the ability to uplift team morale in a demanding environment Comfortable working in compact kitchen spaces and adapting to spatial constraints Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation practices
