We are looking for a candidate that is creative , forward thinking and can bring great new refreshing creations to our customers. Experience in a retail setting is preferred but not a requirement. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following: Prepare cakes, cookies,chocolate dipped items and macarons Assist front house with Ice Cream service when needed Decorate cupcakes using different icings, and toppings to ensure the presentation matches pre set designs Monitor inventory for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, mixes etc. Decorate simple cakes Maintain a clean and orderly working station and adhere to health and food safety standards at all times. Assisting with other duties as needed and assigned.

Job Requirements:

Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless, low calorie) Must be able to read, write, interpret and communicate in English. Must be able to follow all Food Sanitation and Quality Assurance standards at all times. Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. and occasionally 50lbs.
