Responsibilities Operate pressing machines and finishing equipment to expertly press a wide range of garments, including suits, dresses, shirts, and delicate fabrics Inspect clothing items for proper pressing quality, ensuring wrinkles are removed and seams are crisp Follow specific customer instructions and garment care labels to achieve optimal results Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment sanitation and garment handling procedures Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of orders and uphold excellent customer service standards Qualifications Previous experience in dry cleaning or garment pressing is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of dry cleaning processes, laundry procedures, and garment care techniques Ability to operate pressing machines safely and efficiently with attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward clients' needs.
