Duties Assist in food production, including baking, pastry preparation, and cooking to ensure high-quality products. We are a exclusive gluten-free kitchen so you will be learning and producing baked goods with precision and creativity to meet customer specifications. Package baked items efficiently and attractively for sale or catering orders. Prepare ingredients and maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness. Support kitchen operations by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly. Provide friendly customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations at all times. Experience Previous experience in food preparation, baking, or pastry arts is highly desirable. Familiarity with cake decorating techniques and culinary tools such as knives is preferred. Experience working in a food industry setting such as a bakery, restaurant, or catering environment is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
