We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Baker / Production Assistant to help with daily dough preparation and production of items such as cinnamon rolls, cheese rolls, and other baked goods. This position focuses on hands-on bakery work and production consistency in a fast-paced but supportive environment. Responsibilities Prepare, portion, and mix dough as directed Shape and prepare cinnamon rolls, cheese rolls, and other bakery items Assist with proofing, baking, and cooling products Follow recipes and production standards accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with general bakery prep and cleanup Requirements Previous bakery, pastry, or kitchen experience preferred Comfortable working with dough and repetitive tasks Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently after training Food handler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Flexible, consistent part-time hours Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunity to grow with a small, local bakery Employee discounts on baked goods
