Job Description:
The Bakers Assistant supports the baker in preparing pastries, scones, desserts, and tearoom menu items. This role helps with ingredient preparation, basic baking tasks, and maintaining a clean kitchen workspace. Measure and prepare ingredients for baking. Assist with preparing scones, pastries, and desserts. Help with assembling tea trays and bakery items. Wash and organize baking tools and equipment. Keep workstations clean and organized. Follow recipes and kitchen safety guidelines. Interest in baking and kitchen work. Ability to follow instructions and recipes. A ttention to detail. Reliable and able to work early morning shifts if needed.
