This role is essential in ensuring that our food production and preparation processes run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking, food handling, and customer service. If you have a love for creating delicious treats and providing excellent service, we would love to hear from you. Duties Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and specifications. Ensure pastries are stocked up at all times. Assist in food production processes, including food preparation and cooking tasks as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely product delivery. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products. Requirements Proven experience in baking or pastry preparation; culinary experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service is preferred; strong communication skills are essential.
