Duties Design and decorate custom cakes with intricate details, vibrant colors, and professional finishes Prepare cake batter, fillings, frostings, and decorative elements following established recipes and safety standards Package finished products carefully to ensure quality during transport and display Assist in food preparation tasks such as baking, assembling, and garnishing desserts for daily service Handle food safely by adhering to hygiene protocols, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation standards Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production of high-quality baked goods and decorations Provide excellent customer service by discussing customization options and ensuring customer satisfaction (on a case by case basis) Skills Extensive experience in cake decorating with a keen eye for detail and artistic flair Strong knowledge of food production, baking techniques, and pastry arts Proficiency in food handling safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices Skilled in food preparation, including baking, frosting, piping, and assembling layered cakes Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently; knife skills are essential Excellent customer service skills to understand client requests and deliver personalized products Familiarity with the food industry environment, including catering or restaurant experience is a plus Join us if you're eager to turn your culinary creativity into edible art!
