• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including sweet and savory pastries
• Follow recipes and ensure that all ingredients are measured and mixed correctly
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens and mixers
• Monitor baking process to ensure goods are baked to perfection
• Decorate pastries using icing, glazes, and other toppings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role in the food industry required
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Proficient in using kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, and ovens
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods of time
