This position focuses on baking cakes, desserts, and other sweet treats while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and consistency. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, passionate about baking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows recipes accurately, maintains a clean workstation, and contributes positively to a professional kitchen environment. Duties Prepare and bake cakes, cupcakes, desserts, and other baked goods according to company recipes and standards Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and product quality Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product appearance to achieve perfect results Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, baking stations, and equipment at all times Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards consistently Properly store ingredients and finished products to maintain freshness and quality Assist with inventory organization and notify management of low stock when necessary Work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail Support the team in daily kitchen operations and production goals Ensure all products meet presentation and quality expectations before completion Experience Previous experience as a baker, pastry assistant, or in a commercial kitchen preferred Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to maintain a clean and professional workspace Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience with cakes and desserts is a strong plus Why Join Cake Emporio?
