Bagel Dock Express is coming to Pooler, GA, and we aren't just bringing bagels; we're bringing a vibe. We are looking for dedicated, early-rising Baker's Assistants to support our kitchen and own the entire bagel-making process from flour to finish. You will be the heartbeat of our shop, ensuring that every bagel we serve meets our high standards for size, texture, crust, and flavor. Key Responsibilities Production Management:

Assist in the full lifecycle of bagel production, including mixing, proofing, and baking.

Quality Control:

Maintain strict standards for dough consistency and bake quality.

Kitchen Safety:

1+ year of professional baking experience (specifically with high-volume dough production or artisan bread preferred).

Reliability:

You are a "morning person".

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift 50lb bags of flour and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Skill:
