Responsibilities Include:

Frosting and decorating cupcakes following Smallcakes standards Designing and decorating custom cakes Creating fruit bouquets and dipped fruit Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping Washing and putting away dishes Constant cleanup and organization of work areas Growth Opportunities Career advancement can include: Inventory management Training new team members Designing for special events Leadership roles Additional creative responsibilities Pay Total pay ranges from $10-$14/hour based on skill level and completion of training/qualification on all tasks.
