We are looking for highly motivated team player with positive attitudes and pastry experience to join our team as a Pastry Lead Baker. The ideal candidate must be able to lift 30-50 lbs., stand for the duration of the shift, handle physical repetitive motions, and understand pastry techniques. This position uses a knife to prep food, measures ingredients using equipment and handle large batch production. The Pastry Lead will exhibit leadership traits and help to manage a shift. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High school education or equivalent, required Previous experience in a Pastry Lead position TB Clearance required Must comply with all company policies and requirements Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred.
