This is a morning shift starting 4 am. Most weekends are required.

As a Baker/pastry cook, you have a strong passion for baking, technique, and an eagerness to learn more, which comes with the opportunity to build on your skills and grow. What you'll do: Responsible for all aspects of Baking operations, including preparation, cooking, and portioning of baked goods. Willingness to help in preparation for the savory kitchen. Maintains and properly uses all kitchen equipment including ovens, slicers, blenders, food processors, mixers and rotisserie. Consistently ensures that bakery duties are excellently prepped, seasoned and cooked to the standards taught by leaders by the designated time of completion. Follows standard operating procedures of all recipes, techniques, and builds sheets of assigned dishes as taught by leaders. Responsible for correct product storage of all mise en place, including labeling and dating procedures. Valid Driver's License Maintains a clear dish station including but not limited to chemicals, janitorial supplies, and health department standards and assists with deep cleaning schedule. Supports the team (Front of House and Kitchen) whenever needed Has intimate knowledge of Department of Health standards and uses them as a guide to keep kitchen spaces tidy.

What we need from you:

Culinary/Baking Degree or 2+ years in a Bakery/Pastry Cook position in a similar environment Servsafe Certification a Plus Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 50 lbs English fluency preferred but not required
