Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Bakery Team Member plays an essential role in creating a positive guest experience and supporting daily bakery operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a cross-trained position. Team Members are trained and expected to contribute across multiple areas of the bakery, including guest service, cake frosting, crafting and decorating, cleaning and sanitation, production support, and general operational responsibilities based on business needs. Successful candidates are dependable, adaptable, and energized by staying busy. They thrive in structured, high-paced environments, work with urgency and attention to detail, and are willing to jump in wherever support is needed to help the team succeed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy teamwork, take pride in high standards, and are motivated by being part of a reliable, fast-moving operation that delivers exceptional products and guest experiences every day.
Accountabilities/Duties:
Supports multiple areas of bakery operations, including guest service, cake frosting, crafting and decorating, cleaning and sanitation, and production support responsibilities. Maintains a strong sense of urgency while balancing quality, accuracy, cleanliness, and guest experience standards. Assists guests in person and over the phone with warmth, professionalism, and product knowledge. Prepares, frosts, decorates, packages, and organizes cake orders according to NbC standards and guest specifications. Maintains clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations throughout the shift. Washes, sanitizes, and organizes bakery equipment, tools, dishes, and work areas in accordance with food safety and health standards. Supports the team during high-volume periods by transitioning between responsibilities quickly and effectively based on operational needs. Helps maintain bakery presentation standards, including display cases, retail areas, packaging supplies, and inventory organizations. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to learn all bakery positions and responsibilities. Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene standards. Maintains consistent attendance, punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:
Applicants must be 16 years of age or older. While no formal education or work experience is required, previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant or retail store is a plus.
Work Availability:
Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
