You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential. Responsibilities Welcome customers with enthusiasm and provide outstanding service. Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Prepare, decorate, and package cookies according to Crave Cookies standards. Maintain attractive product displays and keep inventory stocked. Assist with baking preparation and kitchen support as needed. Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures. Keep the store clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations. Help create a fun and positive atmosphere for customers and coworkers. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and pride in quality work. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Previous food service, retail, or bakery experience is a plus but not required.
