Job Description We are looking for an experienced Assistant Baker to support our Head Baker in daily production. This is a full-time position that requires working night shifts to ensure our customers have fresh bread and pastries every morning. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and baking of French artisanal breads and pastries with consistent quality in taste and presentation. Manage dough fermentation, shaping, lamination and oven temperatures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Requirements Previous experience in a bakery or professional kitchen (French bakery experience is a plus). Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
