Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Bakery Assistant to join our fast-paced dessert and gelato production kitchen. This is an entry-level position. No experience required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are important.

Responsibilities:

Assist with production (cakes, cheesecakes, gelato, desserts) Prepare ingredients, mixing, assembling, packaging Clean and maintain workstations Follow food safety guidelines Organize inventory and supplies Support daily production goals

Requirements:

Spanish speaking required (team communication) Able to stand long hours Able to lift up to 40 lbs Reliable and on time Team player with positive attitude Willing to learn and follow instructions Comfortable in fast-paced environment Must follow instructions carefully and maintain consistency

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time Morning shifts (starting as early as 6:00 AM)

Trial Shift Policy:
