Job Description

Property Manager We are hiring a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily apartment community , including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, rent collections, marketing, and compliance . This position plays a critical role in maintaining occupancy, controlling expenses, and delivering a high-quality resident experience. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of a multifamily apartment community Supervise leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff Oversee rent collections, accounts payable, budgets, and expense control Ensure units are market-ready, maintain curb appeal, and oversee work orders Execute marketing, outreach, and resident retention programs Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Fair Housing, and company policies Process move-ins, recertifications, and resident files using Yardi Qualifications 3-5 years of multifamily property management experience LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) experience required. Prior Property Manager experience preferred Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, budgets, and compliance Experience with Yardi property management software Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills Requirements On-call availability Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Full-time position with weekend availability as needed
