Job Description
Job Summary Kolaches are a new concept to Fort Wayne, here is a chance to help us bring these tasty treats to our area and be one of the first to try some yourself too! We bake fresh everyday so our kitchen starts early, you'll be in at 2 a.m. but you can be done working for the day while it is still morning. Responsibilities Follows recipes - ensures the quality and consistency of every kolache Follows prep list and preps items accordingly and within allotted time frame Sets up, maintains, restocks, cleans, and organizes work area Practices proper and safe food handling, storage, receiving, and rotating stock Cleans dishes Practices teamwork by helping co-workers Safely operates all equipment Follows health, sanitation, cleanliness and organization standards Adheres to health department codes and restaurant standards of food sanitation and handling Maintaining a clean and safe work station and kitchen by assisting in daily cleaning duties Performs other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently Iift up to 50 pounds. Reliability and dependability Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude
